Portion fillets

With portion fillets every household and every chef has the opportunity to serve a high-class fillet product in a uniform portion size and with natural appearance. Simlar to fish fingers rectangular pieces are cut from fish fillet blocks and then formed to a natural fillet shape with the help of compressed air. Afterwards a crispy breading is applied.

In addition to our traditional breading in breadcrumb appearance there are different breadings available:

  • breading à la Meunìère
  • potato breading
