It is a standard recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) for auditing food manufacturers. The focus of IFS Food lies on food safety and quality of the processes and products. The standard checks how dealers select their suppliers and whether they act in accordance with product safety and quality requirements. This ensures that the delivered goods meet legal and customer-specific requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Both Greenland Seafood sales offices in Bremen and Paris are certified with the IFS Broker Note &#8220;Higher Level&#8221; (certificate).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/greenlandseafood.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Certif-IFS-Br-GREENLAND-SEAFOOD-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IFS Broker certificate<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-2m8zsi-e16d42a9c1fe2fe8065f8d02280e9419'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-3-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-3' aria-controls='tab-id-3-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >BRC GLOBAL STANDARDS<\/div><div id='tab-id-3-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-3-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><a href=\"https:\/\/greenlandseafood.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/zertifizierungen-greenland-image-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15302 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/greenlandseafood.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/zertifizierungen-greenland-image-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"103\" height=\"143\" \/><\/a>The British Retail Consortium (BRC) has established this technical standard for suppliers in the food sector.
