It lives in swarms and can be found in cold to moderate sea regions, for example around Iceland, Spitsbergen, Norway and in the North Sea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">They grow up to 1,30 meters and can reach more than 25 years of age. Saithe has a pearl grey tender meat, which turns white when being cooked.
