Il ressemble au cabillaud mais on le diff\u00e9rencie par une ligne noire sur ses flancs et une t\u00e2che noire juste au-dessus de sa nageoire pectorale. Il pr\u00e9f\u00e8re des eaux \u00e9loign\u00e9es des c\u00f4tes, mais \u00e9tant sensible aux \u00e9carts de temp\u00e9ratures il va se d\u00e9placer en fonction du milieu et des quantit\u00e9s de nourriture qu\u2019il va pouvoir trouver.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> L\u2019\u00e9glefin peut atteindre une taille de 1 m, un poids de 15 kg et vivre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">C\u2019est le plus pr\u00e9cieux des poissons maigres, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que sa chair \u00e0 un taux de mati\u00e8re grasse r\u00e9duit mais il est tr\u00e8s riche en prot\u00e9ines et en vitamines.
