Sa chair va du rose au rouge sombre, sa texture est ferme et contient moins de mati\u00e8re grasse que le saumon d\u2019\u00e9levage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Les diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces de saumon sauvage ont une taille allant de 60 cm \u00e0 1m, et peuvent vivre de 4 ans jusqu\u2019 \u00e0 7 ans.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"> Pour se reproduire le saumon migre vers les rivi\u00e8res et, apr\u00e8s quelques semaines en eaux froides, meurt.
