Depuis ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es son essor \u00e9conomique s\u2019est accru en Europe, en particulier pour la pr\u00e9paration de produits \u00e9labor\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">En Europe m\u00e9ridionale le merlu est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des amateurs de poissons depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Le merlu est un poisson d\u00e9licieux, dit maigre, avec un corps gris argent\u00e9.
